Ol' Henry Cuellar gets noticed in Dallas Morning News

Yo Henry, what's this I hear about you wanting tax cuts for the rich bro??

By now you might have heard that Henry Cuellar, US congressman from Laredo is not only for extending the "middle class tax cuts" but also the "tax cuts for the rich" as well. He was on the Local news yesterday stating his positions. After affirming that he wants the tax cuts to continue for those making less than $250,000, he spoke of allowing all tax cuts to continue "maybe for a year". The Dallas Morning News picked up on the story and reported :
Even some Texas Democrats don't want to raise taxes on the wealthy.
Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, represents one of the poorest congressional districts in the state, where just 1.1 percent of Laredo taxpayers earn more than $200,000, according to The News' analysis.
Nonetheless, Cuellar said he thinks tax rates should remain where they are, at least temporarily.
"We all represent a district, and mine is a poor district," Cuellar said. "That is one factor, but my position is to extend all of them. I think we need to wait for the economy to get a little better."
