Ok here's one I hadn't heard before. An Edinburgh, Texas tattoo parlor is offering tattoos in exchange for new toys. It's all part of an effort to raise toys to be distributed at Christmas to abused and neglected children being cared for at Rainbow Room, an organization dedicated to helping such kids. The catch is that anyone wanting to get a tattoo has to present a new toy WITH receipt showing a cost of at least $25. The even is being sponsored by 281 Tattoo studio in Edingburgh.
