Say it ain't so Joe. Well, sorry but it is. The specials are over at Laredo's Danny's restaurants. Just a couple of days ago, their variety of enchilada plates went up from $3.99 to.......are you ready, $8.99. Ok, according to my calculator that's about a 125% increase. At least you can still get em at $4.99 between 11am and 3pm if you're hungry at that particular time of day and can get away. I don't know if it's timed to take advantage of the expect influx of Mexican shoppers but it doesn't look good for the natives.
