Thankfully, no one was seriously injured yesterday when a brand spanking new Boeing 787 was forced to make an emergency landing at the Laredo Intl Airport. The plane was enroute to Harlingen before having to land in the Gateway City. Unsustained rumors have it that some of the 43 passengers hurriedly started to look for their passports upon hearing they were landing in Laredo. One of the pilots reportedly calmed their nerves, exlaiming "No, you do not need a passport! This is part of the United States!". After a couple of seconds, the passengers all breathed a sigh of relief. Someon in the back yelled out "Is it true that they don't have a bookstore?".
Ooops, that should read "unsubstantiated rumors". I guess it'd be a good idea to proofread BEFORE posting. Oh well.
