B.T is correct the City of Laredo, Texas does not charge $0.35 cents a gallon for potable water. Simple math divide 1,000 gallons by $3.50 = $0.00035 of a cent. Question to the CITY COUNCLE what does a GALLON OF POTABLE COST TAX PAYERS "hell" of lot more than $0.00035 of a cent per gallon.
Such a master arteeest :). The "we are charging for hauling, not the water" argument gets to me.
