It's ironic that Heatwave Behrler's forecast essentially missed the 6-10 inches of rainfall that fell upon the Gateway City early Friday Morning. Why Ironic? Well, because this sort of cloudburst could be described as a once in a lifetime rain event and that's exactly the name of the song title by David Byrne of the Talking Heads; the resemblance between Behrler and Byrne's character in the video is uncanny. Byrnes' quirky movements throughout the video closely mimic Heatwave's well-document gyrations during his nightly weather forecasts.
